The Terms and Conditions and all such operating rules or policies including privacy policy comprise the entire agreement between You and O&O BEAUTY and supersede all prior agreements between You and O&O BEAUTY regarding the subject matter contained herein. By completing the registration process, placing an order and/or using and/or visiting the Website (including all content available through Website), You signify your irrevocable and unconditional consent to all these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms and Conditions”) herein. If You do not agree to any of these Terms and Conditions, then please do not use the Website. The terms “You”, “Your” and “User” as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the Website for any reason whatsoever. In general, You can browse the Website without telling O&O BEAUTY who You are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once You give your personal information to O&O BEAUTY, You are not anonymous to O&O BEAUTY.

6. Multiple profiles of the same person shall not be allowed on the Website. O&O BEAUTY reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any prior notice at the discretion of O&O BEAUTY, without assigning any reason for such action.

O&O BEAUTY cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from Your failure to comply with this security obligation. Though enormous efforts are made and precautions taken to render the products absolutely safe for human use, it is possible that certain ingredients may cause allergic reactions to certain individuals or adversely affect individuals with pre-existing medical conditions. Please make yourself aware of the ingredients and usage instructions accompanying each of O&O BEAUTY products to make sure that they are safe for You to use. It will be your sole responsibility to take proper precaution/ professional medical advice before using any of O&O BEAUTY’s cosmetic products that You may be allergic to.
