Shipping And Delivery Policy
O&O Beauty delivers the goods purchased by you through its authorised courier partners and not by itself.
At O&O Beauty, your order is generally processed and delivered safely within 4-5 business days after acceptance of the order across major parts of India. Other regions may take upto 7-10 business days after acceptance of the order depending on the location and accessibility. Your order may be subject to levy of cash on delivery charges, shipping charges or other charges as and when applicable.
Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination, the courier partner’s time-to-deliver the goods to the customers location, mega sale events, bulk orders, Government restrictions, force majeure events, festivals and such other circumstances that are beyond the control of O&O Beauty. In such situations/ circumstances, the delivery may be delayed beyond the standard delivery times.
Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. In any event that you are not available to receive your product, we suggest that you specify the name of the person who would receive the delivery on your behalf. i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, O&O Beauty takes no responsibility for goods signed by any other person.
The delivery of the goods is processed at such address which is provided by you. O&O Beauty or its courier partner do not have any obligation to verify the details of the delivery address provided by you. You agree and understand that O&O Beauty shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for:
Delivery of the good(s) at a wrong address furnished by you;
Any loss/ damage to you due to incorrect, incomplete and/ or false information furnished by you;
Any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the good(s) purchased by you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier partner that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Products will be shipped only within India.
All disputes in connection with Shipping and Delivery Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Delhi only.
Returns And Replacement Policy
Acceptance of return or replacement of products shall always be subject to and conditional upon satisfaction of the terms and conditions of this Return and Replacement policy as enumerated herein.
We may accept returns/ replacement for products purchased only through our website. Products purchased through any mode other than our website are not eligible for return/ replacement. Please note that used/ altered products cannot be returned/ replaced.
Products once purchased are non-refundable. Except as provided under the Refund Policy, no money will be refunded for the products purchased by you. A product purchased by you shall be eligible for return or replacement, as the case may be, if and only if such product satisfies any of the following conditions:
The product is sold/ delivered in a physically damaged/defective condition; or
The product has missing parts or accessories as ordered by you; or
You have received a product which is either (i) different from the product described in the invoice or (ii) expired.
If the product purchased by you fulfils any of the above conditions, you are required to inform our Customer Care within 4 business days of receipt of the package, by writing to us at [email protected] or calling on 01294266400 between 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, (Monday to Friday). However, the damaged/ missing product is required to be informed as above within 2 days of receipt of the package.
Return requests will be validated by our team and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via email within 2 business days from the date of receipt of return request from you. Thereafter, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days of receiving a follow up email from our team. You are required to return the product with original packaging tags, labels, original packaging, without tempering of serial number, alongwith the freebies and other parts or accessories failure of which shall lead to rejection of return/ replacement request.
On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 3 working days of receipt of the returned product(s). Our Customer Care team will be in touch with you thereafter.
Once approved as an eligible return, a credit note or replacement will be issued to you. If the product is found not eligible for return, it will be couriered back to you. Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In the event that a replacement may not be available, O&O may issue a credit note against the full amount of purchase price excluding the cash on delivery charges, shipping charges or other charges (if applicable). Credit notes can be utilized on a future purchase on our website.

Cancellations And Refund Policy
Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled for any reason and there shall be no refund, except if there is unreasonable delay in delivery over and above delivery schedule and you refuse to accept the delivery of such delayed order. In such circumstances, the refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of your refusal to accept the delivery. The refund amount (excluding the cash on delivery charges, shipping charges or other charges (if applicable)) will be credited to the source of payment.
All disputes in connection with Cancellation and Refund Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Delhi only

Offer and Discount Policy
The terms and conditions contained herein including but not limited to policy and terms wrt to offers, sets out the legally binding terms and conditions (the “Terms of Sale”) on which we sell the products displayed for sale on our website namely www.oandobeauty.com (the “Website”).
We hereby clarify that; every offer will have separate limit and offer value and also no two or more offers to be combined together (each offer is valid separately). The offer will be for limited period offer. The Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of the Participant/User/Customer or Invitee shall be 18 (eighteen) years. The Offer is valid for limited inventory and subject to availability.
If O&O Beauty has suspicion or knowledge, that any Customer/user is or has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity directly or indirectly during or after the “Offer”, O&O Beauty reserves the right to disqualify such Customer/User and any related Customers/Users and in case of such fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer.
O&O Beauty reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update or withdraw any Offer at any time without notice. Upon such premature suspension, inconvenience, cessation, withdrawal, termination or closure of the Offer by O&O Beauty no person shall be entitled to claim loss of any kind whatsoever. O&O Beauty reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer/user that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Offer or violates these “Terms and Conditions” or acts in a disruptive manner.
The offer made through the website shall only apply insofar and to the extent, as they do not conflict with applicable mandatory laws and the offer on the website is also subject to O&O Beauty general Terms of Use.
Any or all returns and refund shipments shall be proceeded as per the terms and conditions as described in our website. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
When a user/customer opt to make purchase (with or without offer) from the Website, user/customer will be required to provide certain information like email ID, phone number, address etc (“User details”). The User Details User/Customer provide must be true, complete, current and accurate. We do not bear any liability for the consequences if User/customer provide false, incomplete or incorrect User Details.
Customers/User hereby agree that O&O Beauty has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the Offer and other terms and conditions mentioned herein and that all decisions of O&O Beauty are final and binding.
The consumer participating in the Offer for availing the benefit, would deemed to have been waived the ‘Do not Disturb’ status (“DND”) on his / her registered mobile number. By participating in the Offer, the consumer also agrees to receive details and information (if any) about the Offer on his/her registered mobile number, through SMS or voice calls.
O&O Beauty shall not be liable to perform any of their respective obligations under the Offer and Discount Policy where they are unable to do so because of circumstances beyond their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots, government restrictions or any other force majeure condition, etc., and shall not be liable to compensate you in these circumstances.
